Safa → Marwah

As you approach Safa, recite the verse that Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah (Quran 2:158), followed by the words the Prophet ﷺ said there (Sahih Muslim 1218).

Innas Safaa wal-Marwata min sha'aaa'iril laahi

Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah.

Climb Safa until you can see the Ka'bah, face it, and declare Allah's greatness and oneness with the remembrance he used, saying it three times with supplications in between (Sahih Muslim 1218).

On Safa and Marwah

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ، أَنْجَزَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ

La ilaha illal-lahu wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku walahul-hamd, wahuwa ʿala kulli shayin qadeer, la ilaha illal-lahu wahdah, anjaza waʿdah, wanasara ʿabdah, wahazamal-ahzaba wahdah.

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise and He is over all things omnipotent. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, aided His Servant and single-handedly defeated the allies.
